Lance Armstrong (15 años) vs Mark Allen vs Dave Scott, Triathlon 1987
Sarah White – the crossover the white line to deal with the ‘rest’. Anyhow, a lot to be said for non-drafting triathlon from that video – the Craig Walton years.
Dave Scott on Lance Armstrong Competing in an Ironman – Kona Expo 2009
Trying to decide the best course of action after that point was difficult for me as an athlete, so I had to go back to my KPMG business experience of many years ago. After 10 years in cycling I had decided that for the London Olympic campaign that the head coaches I would have would be required to meet the following criteria – no court cases, no suicides of their athletes, no drug connections, no match-fixing, no age discrimination and most importantly could coach a clean Olympic Gold Medal. That ultimately took me back mentally to the coaching staff of the Irish team for the B world championships in 2003
September 12th – Yoko Okuda – Japan
Yoko (insert photo), I first met in 1999 at Balmoral Triathlon Club, a pro marathon runner. She hopped on her bike and placed top 10 in Forster Ironman, the first or second year she did it with a great bike ride – power to weight.
In Australia George Gregan has always been one of the standards for me as a leader who is respected throughout the rugby world. Phil Kearns also for the same reasons – many Sunday mornings spent on Balmoral Beach sitting across from that crew with my flatmates at the time.

Monday, July 11th – Gaelic Football – Meath vs Dublin!

Introducing Sarah
My name is Sarah White. I am a Fellow of Chartered Accountants (Ireland).
I have worked in many industries in a number of countries. My Case Study book is my vision for athletic merit in all things in life , even simply as a person.
To me it is like a personal training session or other service of any kind.
I did not adjust how it was written on each day. It is not complicated and I never interview about my book ever. It is for every person to find their own meaning – there is never a right or wrong about a person’s own meaning.

Skye Lee Armstrong – Keane
Megan Dunn
Chris Sutton – RR and Points race
Sarah White (Ireland – with a few add on rejects
for Tank to help in the Team Sprint)

On my way into the train station at Balbriggan today, I saw a graffiti sign on the wall that said:
“A Champion is Someone who Gets up When They Can’t” – assigned to Jack Dempsey.
This applies to everyone and everything in life.

Case Study:Turnaround. July 16 2016. My book was unplanned…my heart physically hurt. It’s about how to ‘qualify’ on merit and respect for people in their home wherever they choose that home to be. Sarah
The beauty of Nationality is that it forces a person to identify with the good and bad of the society that they were born into. Most countries are the same in that regard. Nowhere is perfect, and a murder in one country is equal to a murder in another. Equally and more importantly so, an amazing performance in sport is something that unites and unifies not only the nationality in question but all nationalities in a way that supersedes the things that divide.
